SUMMARY

The new Greater London Strategic Plan (still being revised on certain points, such as the new standards to be adopted for housing and parking) builds on the previous ones, but goes further on certain issues (environment, diversity, health, etc.). Drawn up by the Greater London Authority as part of an original governance structure, it serves as a guideline for the local authorities in the metropolitan area, providing them with a shared vision of London by 2036.
