SUMMARY

The Gogaille project has emerged as an innovative response to new travel habits, offering a renewed hospitality experience. The concept is based on an authentic offering that emphasizes good food and comfort, with a focus on conviviality and flexibility. The strategy of this new player is based on setting up in the heart of town centers in medium-sized communities, revitalizing urban areas that are often abandoned in favor of outlying shopping areas. This unique concept is part of a drive to enhance the social functions of local areas, by choosing strategic locations in the heart of towns to recreate links between travelers and residents.

"The idea is to put hospitality back into the heart of the city, and we're integrating renovated old buildings, historic buildings like the former prison where Les Echoppes is located."

The project materializes through two concepts: " Les Echoppes " and " Les Loges ". The Échoppes are spaces for conviviality and sharing, bringing together a diversity of culinary trades where local know-how and local produce take pride of place. As for Les Loges, they offer a personalized, digitalized accommodation experience, in historic buildings in the heart of the city center, with accommodations designed to ensure travelers' well-being.
