With the support of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, the Franche-Comté training cluster of the Union des Industries et des Métiers de la Métallurgie (UIMM) has designed a mobile training unit incorporating the most innovative technologies of Industry 4.0. Against a backdrop of digital transformation, the Fabrique 4.0 promotes future industrial professions and the associated training offer. For companies, it represents an original tool for establishing a territorial base, with the potential to create endogenous jobs. For young people and jobseekers, it's a tool for raising awareness of the trades of the future and the training courses available in the region, helping to develop key skills and retain local talent.
