Experience Nepal: a campaign to promote the destination in partnership with American Express

SUMMARY

In May 2019, the Nepal Tourism Board announced the start of a global communications campaign in partnership with American Express and Himalayan Bank Ltd. "Experience Nepal" aims to promote Nepal as an international tourist destination offering "unique and authentic experiences for American Express card members". The government's objective is to double the number of foreign visitors to Nepal within 10 years (5 million a year, compared with 2.5 million today).
