SUMMARY
PhillyRising Collaborative is a city department that partners with communities in distressed neighborhoods to build collaborative economy projects to solve their problems (crime, quality of life...). The communal team coordinates the actions of other municipal agencies to help residents realize their vision of the neighborhood's future through sustainable, responsive and low-cost solutions.
