SUMMARY
The list presented here is not exhaustive, but these barometers are the main benchmarks. They are a benchmark for global decision-makers and are widely reported in the business press. This is why, even if the criteria selected are not always relevant to the economic models of each territory, we must take them into account and work to improve the country's position if we wish to work on international targets.
