SUMMARY

This exploratory research (Churchill, 1979) proposes a scale to measure the users’ satisfaction of the modern music offer on the community council of Aix-en-Provence. The results indicate 5 factors which reveal that their satisfaction depends on the offers’ territorial anchoring, the public action’s transversal logic, and the territorial resources’ valuation.
