SUMMARY
Formerly a run-down industrial district, the district of #Wynwood in #Miami has been transformed in just a few years by the intervention of a visionary developer into a trendy, arty neighborhood. There is now a brand associated with the neighborhood. In December 2015, it even became the "Off" of the#contemporaryart fair Art Basel Miami contemporary art fair.
